摘要
医疗废物收运交接多采用手工登记模式,存在称重工具不便捷、数据不准确、无法溯源等问题,导致日常难监管,无法开展成本核算和减量工作.医院基于物联网技术,自主改良了多种类型称重转运设备,结合医疗废物信息管理平台建设,综合运用多种称重转运工作模式,实现了医疗机构内部从医疗废物产生、分类、收集、称重、交接、转运、暂存到移交处置的全流程信息化管理和数据追踪,提高了医疗废物收运交接的精细化管理水平,降低了医疗废物处置成本.
Abstract
Medical waste collection,transportation and handover are mostly carried out by manual registration,which leads to such problems as inconvenient weighing tools,inaccurate data,and inability to trace the source,making it difficult to supervise daily,and impossible to carry out cost accounting and reduction work.Based on the Internet of things technology,the hospital has independently improved various types of weighing and transferring equipment.Combined with the construction of medical waste information management platform and comprehensive use of a variety of weighing and transferring work modes,the hospital has realized the whole process of information management and data tracking from medical waste generation,classification,collection,weighing,handover,transfer,temporary storage to handover and disposal in medical institutions.The fine management level of medical waste collection,transportation and handover was improved,and the cost of medical waste disposal was reduced.
