Substrate Design of Surface-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy and Research Progress in the Detection of Body Fluids
Surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)has been extensively studied in the field of medical testing due to its unique advantages of rapid detection,high sensitivity,low detection limits and non-destructive analysis.The successful construction of SERS substrates is essential for realizing these benefits.In this paper,the enhancement mechanism of SERS is introduced,the design of its enhanced substrate in blood detection is categorized and discussed.It is divided into two categories:label-free substrates and label substrates,and further subdivided according to different material applications and substrate design methods.A review of relevant literature on the application of SERS detection in blood testing in recent years,summarizes the design methods and application characteristics of different types of enhanced substrates in blood testing.Finally,the design of SERS-enhanced substrate in blood examination is summarized and prospected.
