A Study on the Coupling Coordination Degree and Temporal and Spatial Evolution of China's Agricultural Green Development Level and Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation Capability
Green development is an inevitable requirement for the construction of an ecological civilisation, while scientific and technological innovation is the key to solving the problems of green development,in order to achieve high-quality development of agriculture and improve the level of green development of agriculture. An evaluation index system was developed the level of accessing green agricultural development and the capacity of agricultural science and technology innovation. The Entropy Method was used to determine the comprehensive level of the two systems. The coupling coordination degree of the dual system's comprehensive level was evaluated using the CCDM(coupling coordination degree model).KDE(kernel density estimation),Standard Deviational Ellipse,Spatial Markov Chain, and other methods were used to analyze the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of the coupling coordination degree between agricultural green development level and agricultural innovation ability. The research findings indicated that the overall level of coupling coordination between China's dual systems was increase.Among them, the eastern region experienced the most significant increase, followed by the central region, and lastly the western region. The coordination degree of China's dual system coupling exhibited a pattern of'high-high aggregation,low-low aggregation'evolution. The overall level of spatial agglomeration in China's dual system coupling coordination showed a rising tendency, with high-level development areas exerting spatial correlation effects on medium to low development areas. Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the scientific and technological support for the green development of agriculture;endeavour to break through the difficulties in the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements;and establish a cross-regional and cross-sectoral mechanism for the collaborative development of agricultural scientific and technological innovation.
