摘要
梳理我国土地托管问题研究现状和热点,探究其研究前沿与主题,明确土地托管研究方向对推进农地资源高效利用和农业规模经营具有重要理论意义.以可视化分析软件CiteSpace为研究手段,基于2000-2023年CNKI土地托管领域核心期刊,绘制土地托管研究领域核心关键词、关键词共现、时间轴等知识图谱,对热点研究领域以及研究主线、研究脉络进行归纳.结果表明,2016年中央一号文件正式提出土地托管以来,土地托管相关研究发文数量整体呈上升趋势.当前土地托管研究聚焦于"土地托管""土地流转""粮食生产""现代农业""规模经营"等相关热点领域,围绕五条研究主线展开.土地托管研究脉络可以分为萌芽阶段(1996-2003年)、发展阶段(2003-2013年)、规范阶段(2014年至今).未来需要加强对土地托管的对比研究,关注对不同土地托管模式的分析以及重视对土地托管参与主体行为决策逻辑的分析.
Abstract
Summarizing the current situation and hotspots of researches on land trusteeship in China,exploring its research frontiers and themes,and clarifying the research direction of land trusteeship is of great significance in promoting the efficient utilization of agricultural land resources and the large-scale operation of agriculture.Using the information visualization software CiteSpace as a research tool,based on the core journals of land trusteeship field in CNKI from 2000 to 2023,drawing knowledge graphs such as core keywords,co-occurrence of keywords,and timelines in the field of land trusteeship research,summarizing the hot research themes and research topics.The results showed that since the formal proposal of land trusteeship in the Central Document No.1 in 2016,the number of articles related to land trusteeship had generally increased.Current research focused on the hotspots of land trusteeship such as"land trusteeship","land transfer","grain production","modern agriculture","large-scale operation",and conducted research around five main research themes.The research on land trusteeship could be divided into three stages:the germination stage(1996-2003),the development stage(2003-2013),and the standardization stage(2014-present).Therefore,it was necessary to strengthen the comparative researches on land trusteeship before and after,pay attention to the analysis of different land trusteeship models and the decision-making logic of the behavior of land trusteeship participating subjects.
