农户实现农业绿色发展的现实特征与路径优化研究

农户家庭经营是我国农业经营的基本格局,农户如何实现农业绿色发展,关系到我国农业整体高质量发展.文章基于2022年山东、河南、河北、安徽四省农户的样本数据,在分析农户农业生产经营特征的基础上,通过构建"服务—技术—协作"的农户绿色发展研究框架,探讨碳计量、农户绿色发展路径.主要研究结论如下:首先,农户是否接受农业生产性服务、是否采用绿色生产技术以及农户间协作程度的不同,带来农业绿色发展的差异,服务嵌入、技术采纳和农户协作有助于促进减少碳排和增加碳汇.其次,农业生产性服务市场发育不成熟、绿色生产技术采纳成本高、效益不确定,农户缺乏协作意识且存在信任障碍等是造成农户实现农业绿色发展的现实困境.最后,提出农户实现农业绿色发展应以服务为抓手,深化农业分工;以技术为支撑,靶向功能定位;以协作为导向,统筹农业生产经营等对策建议.
Research on Realistic Characteristics and Path Optimization of Farmers Achieving Green Development of Agriculture
Farmers'household management is the basic pattern of agricultural management in China.How farmers realize the green development of agriculture is related to the overall high-quality development of agriculture in China.Based on the sample data of farmers in Shandong,Henan,Hebei and Anhui provinces in 2022,this paper analyzes the characteristics of farmers'agricultural production and operation,and discusses the path of carbon measurement and farmers'green development of agriculture by constructing the research framework of"service-technology-collaboration".The main conclusions are as follows:Firstly,whether farmers accept agricultural productive services,whether they adopt green production technology,and the degree of cooperation among farmers lead to differences in agricultural green development.Secondly,the immature development of agricultural producer service market,high cost of green production technology adoption,uncertain benefits,lack of cooperation awareness and trust barriers among farmers are the practical difficulties for farmers to achieve green development of agriculture.Finally,it is proposed that farmers should take service as the starting point to realize the green development of agriculture and deepen the division of agriculture;targeting function positioning by technologies;taking cooperation as the guidance to coordinate agricultural production and management.
