Fostering and development of family farms is crucial for promoting comprehensive rural revitalization as well as agricultural and rural modernization.However,family farms still facing numerous challenges in guaranteeing food security and raising farmers'income.Therefore,a theoretical framework was constructed for empowering high-quality development of family farms through,starting from the integration of new technological applications and the optimization of resource allocation using agricultural science and technology innovations.Grounded in practical case studies,the implementation paths were discussed including institutional innovation,agricultural industry chain organization innovation,agricultural socialized service system innovation,and agricultural brand building.In order to accelerate the promotion of new quality productivity and the high-quality development of family farms,the government should establish and refine related supportive legislation.Viewing the agricultural industry chain as a foundation,efforts should focus on developing a modernize socialized service supply system that integrated new productivity elements—such as biotechnology and digital technology into the traditional production processes of family farms,aiming to convert these new inputs into supply resilience and sustained competitive advantages.Additionally,to achieve an optimal supply-demand matching of agrifood products,the importance of creating agricultural brands through new quality agricultural productive forces and cultivating high-quality talents for family farms was emphasized.
