Farmers'specialized cooperatives constitute the crucial carriers facilitating the organic integration of small-scale farmers with modern agriculture and represent a significant force in promoting rural economic and social development as well as enhancing the level of agricultural modernization.The high quality development of farmers'specialized cooperatives is an inevitable path for achieving rural revitalization and building a strong agricultural nation.During the critical period of the transformation of farmers'specialized cooperatives from quantitative growth to qualitative improvement,the realization of high quality development has emerged as the core topic for their future development.The formation and development of new quality productive forces offer new opportunities for the quality enhancement of farmers'specialized cooperatives.Guided by the new development concepts,new quality productive forces are capable of empowering farmers'specialized cooperatives in terms of innovation,coordination,green development,openness,and shared development,thereby facilitating the high quality development of farmers'specialized cooperatives.Nevertheless,in practice,farmers'specialized cooperatives still encounter issues such as weak production and operation capabilities,low levels of operational standardization,insufficient service-driven capabilities,unpronounced governance functions,and the lack of momentum for green development,which impede the empowering effect of the high quality development of farmers'specialized cooperatives.Therefore,efforts should be made to empower farmers'specialized cooperatives in the following five aspects:optimizing resource allocation,innovating management mechanisms,improving service quality and efficiency,enhancing governance efficacy,and coordinating green development,so as to promote the high quality development of farmers'specialized cooperatives.
