Field of"Selenium":Reorganization of Farmers'Specialized Cooperatives Promoting Agricultural Green Transformation——Empirical Investigation and Process Tracking from Xinjiang Cases
Reorganization of farmers'specialized cooperatives is an effective way to break through the development dilemma of traditional cooperatives and promote agricultural green transformation.On the basis of exploring the path of reorganization of farmers'professional cooperatives,the development case of green selenium-rich industry in Ulan Wusu Town,Xinjiang,was selected to explore the realization path of reorganization of farmers'specialized cooperatives to promote agricultural green transformation.The results showed that the reorganization system of farmers'specialized cooperatives focused on different development modes such as"social enterprise alliance","social democratic alliance"and"social community alliance".The system promoted the green transformation and development of agriculture by forming production scale efficiency,ensuring green production throughout the process,helping farmers to increase production and income,and promoting the construction of green agricultural product brand system.Therefore,it was proposed that cooperatives should actively explore a variety of reorganization models,build a close interest linkage mechanism between cooperatives and multiple subjects,improve the internal governance structure of cooperatives,attach importance to talent training and green production technology upgrading,deepen the mechanism of farmers'specialized cooperatives to help farmers and benefit farmers,and fully stimulate the engine role of cooperatives to promote agricultural green transformation.
