动词能否做定语

摘要
本文对动词能否直接做定语这一问题进行补充讨论.首先,文章从词和词组的区分标准、动词和名词的判定标准两个方面提出前人研究可能存在的问题.其次,从黏合式偏正结构对定语的要求及动词的指称性等角度论证了动词可以做定语.最后,文章指出,能做定语的动词都具有[+N,+V]的特征,不能做定语的动词大都具有[-N,+V]的特征.
Abstract
This paper mainly discusses whether verbs can be used as attributives direct-ly.Firstly,this article points out possible problems in previous research from the following two aspects:the criteria for distinguishing words and phrases,and the criteria for distinguis-hing nouns from verbs.Secondly,we demonstrate that verbs can be used as attributives from the perspectives of the requirements of attributive noun phrases of the cohesive type and the referentiality of verbs.Finally,we find that verbs that can be used as attributives have the characteristics of[+N,+V],while verbs that cannot be used as attributives mostly have the characteristics of[-N,+V].
