摘要

学业拖延不仅降低学生学习质量,而且影响心理健康水平.本研究以整群抽样方式,采用学业拖延量表对809名大学生的学业拖延程度现状及特点进行调查,探析大学生存在学业拖延情况的比例以及在各项学业任务的拖延程度.调查结果显示,学业拖延现象普遍存在,学业拖延程度中等;性别差异显著,女生在备考和平时在校行为上较男生更为拖延;成绩越差的学生学业拖延程度越严重;大三学生在各项学业任务上的拖延程度最高.

Abstract

Academic procrastination does not only reduce the quality of students'learning,but also affects their mental health.In this study,the current situation and characteristics of 809 college students were studied on the academic procrastination scale,and the proportion of academic procrastination and the degree of procrastination in various academic tasks were studies.The survey results show that academic procrastination is widespread;that the gender difference is signifi-cant,girls being more delayed in exam preparation and peace time than boys in school behavior;that students with worse grades are more delayed in academic study;and that juniors have the highest levels of procrastination on academic tasks.
