摘要
习近平法治思想在继承中华传统法律文化中立法、执法、司法和守法理念的基础上,成功地实现了中华传统法律文化与现代法治实践的有机结合,在依法治国基本方略中,以"法"为本贯穿始终,实现了从人治走向法治、从统治转向治理、从权力制约向权利保障等一系列转变.习近平法治思想是对新时代社会主义法治国家建设的有力推进,它体现了一种包容多元、与时俱进的法治思维,为我国的法治进程注入了新的活力和动力.
Abstract
Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law has successfully realized the organic integration of fine traditional law culture and contemporary practice of rule of law based on the legislation,law enforcement,judicial and law-abiding concepts in traditional law culture,in the basic strategy of governing the country by law,"law"is the foundation throughout the whole process,realizing a series of changes from law to people,from rule of man to rule of law,from rule to governance,and from power restriction to protection of rights.Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is a powerful promotion of the building of socialist rule-of-law country in the new era,demonstrates an inclusive,multi-element rule-of law thinking which keeps pace with the times,providing new activity and driving force to China rule-of-law process.
