On Improving the Quality of Support Teaching of Normal University Students from the Perspective of Stakeholders
The teaching practice ability of normal university students is the core of teacher education professional talent training.Support teaching is an important means to improve the teaching practice ability of normal university students.At present,the local government lacks effective guidance,the colleges lack management,the responsibility consciousness of the education practice bases is not strong,and the normal university students'lack of understanding of the support teaching and so on has affected the quality of support teaching.Combined with the practice of support teaching of normal university students,based on the theoretical perspective of stakeholders,this paper analyzes the interest demands of core interest subjects such as government,universities,primary and secondary schools and normal u-niversity students.On this basis,the paper discusses the model of support teaching promoted by all stakeholders,and puts forward countermeasures to improve the quality of support teaching in normal university students.
