高校教师薪酬激励机制优化策略探究

摘要
高校教师薪酬涉及到每位教师的切身利益.从微观经济学和心理学两个视角入手,以A大学和B大学近年的收入分配数据为例,探讨分析高校教师获得感与公平感不高的原因,并有针对性地提出高校薪酬激励机制相应的优化策略.研究表明,高校教师收入差距并不大,真正导致高校教师收入获得感与公平感不高的原因,是不公平错觉、激励不足、政策宣传力度不够以及激励方式与需求不对口;而提高高校教师收入获得感公平感,优化高校薪酬激励机制,需要加强相关政策的宣传力度、完善相应的制度建设、合理安排教师的工作岗位、实施多元化激励.尽管不排除个案的局限以及视角的偏颇,但针对性的解决对策,有一定的现实意义.
Abstract
The salary of college teachers involves the vital interests of every teacher.This paper,from the perspec-tive of microeconomics and psychology,taking the income distribution data of University A and University B in recent years as an example,discusses and analyzes the reasons for the low sense of gaining and fairness,and puts forward the corresponding optimization strategies of college salary incentive mechanism.Research shows that the income gap of col-lege teachers is not large,but to the illusion of unfairness,insufficient incentive,insufficient policy publicity and the lack of fairness.To optimize the salary incentive mechanism,it is necessary to strengthen the publicity of relevant policies,improve the corresponding system construction,rationally arrange teachers'jobs,and implement diversified incentives.
