压力视角下大学生考试作弊行为的成因与治理

摘要
大学生考试作弊是一种典型的不诚信行为,对其进行成因分析和有效治理具有十分重要的现实意义.在压力理论视角下,学生个体在与外部环境交互作用过程中产生的学业压力、测评压力、就业压力、发展压力是引发大学生考试作弊行为的深层次原因.在对压力作用机制分析的基础上,认为有效治理压力因素导致的大学生考试作弊,应加强对特殊大学生群体的关注、优化调整学业考评体系、科学合理发挥考试功能、构建支持学生健康成长的外部环境.
Abstract
College students cheating in exams is a typical dishonest behavior.It is of great practical significance to analyze its causes and effectively manage it.From the perspective of stress theory,the academic pressure,evaluation pressure,employment pressure and development pressure generated by the interaction between individual students and the external environment are the deep-rooted reasons for college students'cheating behavior in exams.On the basis of the analysis of the mechanism of pressure,it is concluded that the effective management of college students'cheating caused by pressure factors should strengthen the attention to the special group of college students,optimize and adjust the academic evaluation system,play the function of examination scientifically and reasonably,and build an external environment to support the healthy growth of students.
