摘要
材料类专业卓越人才培养模式随着战略性新兴产业的迅猛发展而产生新的要求与挑战,通过建立与战略新兴产业需求相匹配的课程体系、实行产学研一体化的培养模式,以及促进学生创新能力和创业能力的双培养,在提高学生的创新能力、实践能力和综合素质方面具有明显的优势和意义,对该培养模式进行了具体的实践,并取得了一定的成效,为材料类专业卓越人才培养模式的优化与创新可供参考与借鉴.
Abstract
With the rapid development of strategic emerging industries,new requirements and challenges arise in the training mode of Material-related majors.By establishing a curriculum system that matches the needs of strategic emer-ging industries,implementing the training mode of integrating production,university and research,and promoting the dual training of innovation ability and entrepreneurial ability,the cultivation mode has obvious advantages and significance in improving innovation ability,practice ability and comprehensive quality of the students.The training model has been put into practice and achieved some results,which provides a reference for the optimization and innovation of the training model for outstanding talents in Material-related majors.
