"新工科"背景下地方高校计算机类专业人才培养研究与实践

摘要
随着大数据、云计算及物联网等新型技术的广泛应用,计算机类专业面临着教学内容更新快、实践能力要求高等挑战.地方应用型本科院校受地域和办学条件的限制,存在着实践教学条件不完善、双师型师资不足以及校企合作不充分等问题,对学生的工程实践能力培养力度不够,影响了学生的就业质量及服务地方经济的能力.基于新工科建设的要求,以我们学校的计算机类专业建设为例,探索适应地方应用型本科院校转型发展的人才培养体系,可以为同类高校提供参考与借鉴.
Abstract
With the wide application of new technologies such as big data,cloud computing and Internet of Things,Computer Majors are faced with the challenges of fast updating of teaching content and high practice ability.Local application-oriented undergraduate colleges are limited by regional and school-running conditions,so there are some problems such as imperfect practice teaching conditions,lack of double-qualified teachers and insufficient school-enterprise cooperation.The cultivation of students'engineering practice ability is insufficient,which affects the employment quality of students and the ability to serve the local economy.Based on the requirements of New Engineering construction,taking the construction of Computer Majors in Hanjiang Normal University as an example,the paper explores the talent training system adapted to the transformation and development of local application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities,which can provide a reference for the similar universities.
