摘要
地方师范院校是乡村教师培育的主力军,卓越乡村教师培养是我国当前教师教育改革发展中重要的任务.多元协同是提升教师教育人才培养质量的重要路径.地方师范院校应找准定位、明确目标,多元联动,构建多元协同育人模式,促进多元共生融合,形成良好的"教育生态".
Abstract
Local normal colleges and universities are the main force to cultivate rural teachers.It is an important task to cultivate outstanding rural teachers in the current reform and development of teacher education in China.Multi-party cooperation is an important way to improve the quality of teacher education.Local normal colleges and universities should identify their positioning,clarify their talent training goals,establish diverse linkage to build a multi-organizational col-laborative education model to promote pluralistic symbiosis and integration and construct a sound"education ecosystem".
