This study first emphasizes the positive role of the designated jurisdiction system in ensuring judicial efficiency,improving the professionalism of case handling and preventing local protectionism.Subsequently,the practice of the designated jurisdiction system in the current major duty crime cases is sorted,and the operation status of the system in reality is revealed in combination with Zhao Zhengyong Case and Chen Shulong Case.Then,it deeply analyzes the main problems existing in the designated jurisdiction system,and puts forward targeted strategies,to clarify the legal basis of the designated jurisdiction system,optimize the allocation of judicial resources,strengthen the protection of the rights of the defendant,and improve the efficiency of litigation,so as to better play the positive role of the designated ju-risdiction system in major duty crime cases.
