To treat the homogenization of education rationally,the school motto and quality culture observation and thinking should taken into consideration.To create our its unique education quality culture,the monitoring and management of teaching must be included.Supervisions of teaching,studying and management are regarded as the main responsibilities of school supervisors.Under the premise of following national policies and regulations,what kind of ideas to carry out supervision work,what standards to evaluate teaching activities,and what measures to improve the effect and influence of supervision?which are considered.
