In the new era,for the college freshmen,entering the colleges and universities is the most critical period for their physical and mental development,for their single and simple experience,they are easy to be hurt,causing a series of psychological problems.This paper uses literature data method and combines theory with practice to study the mental health status of college students,and finds out the causes for the problems of the mental health status,and puts forward the countermeasures.
