Analysis of oxygention capacity difference of traditional oxygen-enriched equipment in aquaculture
In order to analyze the oxygen transfer rate level of four types of aerators widely used in aquaculture,including blade impeller aerator,paddle wheel aerator,surge aerator and micropore aerator,statistical analysis was conducted on the oxygenation capacity test data of 145 different forms of aerators produced by major domestic oxygenation equipment manufacturers since 2020.The results show that:1)The oxygen transfer rate of impeller aerators produced by some enterprises has decreased;2)The oxygen-enriched capacity of the paddle wheel aerator has been greatly improved,exceeding the requirements of the"oxygen transfer rate"of the impeller aerator stipulated in SC/T 6010-2018"General Technical Conditions for impeller aerator";3)The overall oxygen transfer rate performance of surge aerator is on the rise;4)Aerated aerators have strong oxygenation performance,but there are significant differences in oxygenation performance due to different forms of supporting fans and different configurations of aeration pipes with the same supporting power.This study provides technical reference for aquaculture users when configuring when configuring aerators in aquaculture systems.
