A Textual Research on Qiangzhou(强粥)in the Buddhist Doctvine scriptures of the Six Dynasties(六朝),which means thick porridge;And in the Literature of the Ming(明)and Qing(清)Dynasty,the word Qiangzhou(强粥)has two meanings,one is to make efforts on the meals,the other is to take care of health.The research can supplement the deficiency of Chinese Dictionary.
