汉口租界历史中,"飞地"音乐一直占有一席之地,众多古典音乐团体在此兴起,为外国人社区带来丰富多彩的音乐活动.从早期以"业余爱好者"为主的音乐社团逐渐发展为一支拥有职业音乐家的"交响乐队",标志着汉口飞地音乐由英国人的娱乐消遣,逐渐演变成西方古典音乐的传播平台.这支交响乐队的兴衰,不仅得益于曾活跃于汉口舞台的音乐爱好者和职业音乐家,而且还与20世纪30年代上海古典音乐的繁荣紧密相连.
Abstract
In the history of Hankou foreign concession,"enclave"music always had a place,with many classical music groups springing up here,providing a rich variety of musical activities for the expat community.From the early days to"hobbyist"music community gradually developed into a professional musicians'"sym-phony orchestra."It marks that the Hankou enclave music has gradually evolved from the entertainment of the British expats to the dissemination platform of Western classical music.The rise and fall of this symphony orchestra,was not only benefited from the music lovers and professional musicians who had been active in the Hankou stage,but also closely linked with the boom of classical music in Shanghai in the 1930s.
