The Protein Phosphatase PPM1F Promotes the Progression of Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer:a Review
Objective To investigate the effects of the protein phosphatase PPM1F on the proliferation and metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods The vector for PPM1F knockdown was constructed, and Western blotting was employed to verify the knockdown efficiency of PPM1F.The effect of PPM1F on the function of NSCLC cells was deter-mined by the CCK-8 assay, colony formation assay,Transwell assay, invasion assay and flow cytometry. Results The plas-mid for PPM1F knockdown was successfully constructed.PPM1F knockdown inhibited the growth, proliferation, migration and invasion of NSCLC cells. When PPM1F was knocked down, the apoptosis rate of NSCLC cells increased, and the cells accumulated in the G1 phase. Conclusion PPM1F plays a role of oncogene in NSCLC.
