超声引导下肩袖平面药物注射联合肌筋膜触发点干针松解在肩袖损伤中的应用

摘要
目的:探讨超声引导下肩袖平面药物注射联合肌筋膜触发点干针松解在肩袖损伤疾病中的临床疗效.方法:68 例肩袖损伤患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各 34 例.对照组患者应用电针疗法联合肌筋膜触发点干针松解进行治疗,治疗组患者应用超声引导下肩袖平面药物注射配合肌筋膜触发点干针松解进行治疗.对比治疗前后两组患者McGill 疼痛评分、美国加州大学肩关节评分(UCLA)及综合疗效.结果:治疗 2 周后,治疗组McGill 疼痛评分较对照组明显下降(P<0.05),UCLA评分较对照组明显上升(P<0.05),总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:超声引导下肩袖平面阻滞联合肌筋膜触发点干针松解治疗可减轻肩袖损伤患者的疼痛程度,明显改善肩关节活动度,获益显著.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of ultrasound-guided rotator cuff planar drug injection combined with relaxation by dry needling at myofascial trigger points in the treatment of rotator cuff injury.Methods A total of 68 patients with rotator cuff injury were assigned into a control group and a treatment group,with 34 patients in each group.The control group was treated with electroacupuncture combined with relaxation by dry needling at myofascial trigger points and the treatment group was treated with ultrasound-guided rotator cuff planar drug injection combined with relaxation by dry nee-dling at myofascial trigger points.The McGill Pain Questionaire(MPQ)score,University of California at Los Angeles(UCLA)shoulder score and total response rate were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the treatment group had lower MPQ score,higher UCLA shoulder score and higher total response rate than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided rotator cuff plane block combined with relaxation by dry needling at myofascial trigger points can relieve the pain,improve shoulder joint motion,and achieve significant bene-fits in the patients with rotator cuff injury.
