高效液相色谱法测定忧遁草中维生素C含量

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定忧遁草中维生素C含量.方法:本研究以忧遁草叶为材料,基于高效液相色谱法建立了维生素C的测定方法,结合标准品建立标准曲线,并对线性关系、检出限、定量限、方法的重复性和精密度、加标回收率进行考察.结果:该方法在 0.1~50.0 μg/mL范围内线性较好,回归方程为y=53017x+2630.9,R2=0.999,检出限为 0.06 μg/mL,定量限为 0.21 μg/mL,重复性RSD为 3.80%,精密度RSD为 1.49%,加标回收率为 99.50%~102.97%.结论:本方法适用于忧遁草中维生素C含量的测定,为忧遁草资源的开发利用提供参考.
Determination of Vitamin C in Clinacanthus Nutans Content by High Performance Liquid Chromatography
Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)-based method for the determination of vitamin C in Clinacanthus nutans.Methods In this study,a method for the determination of vitamin C was established based on high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),and the standard curve was established with the standard sub-stance.The linear relationship,detection limit,quantitative limit,repeatability,precision and standard addition recovery of the method were investigated.Results The established method had a good linearity within the range of 0.1 to 50.0 μg/mL,with the regression equation of y=53017x+2630.9,R2=0.999,the limit of detection of 0.06 μg/mL,the limit of quantifi-cation of 0.21 μg/mL,the relative standard deviation(RSD)of 3.80%in repeatability,the RSD of 1.49%in precision and the recovery rate of 99.50%to 102.97%.Conclusion The established method is suitable for determining the vitamin C in C.nutans,providing a reference for the development and utilization of C.nutans resources.
