摘要

目的:探究注射用烟酰胺与 4 种常用溶媒配伍后的稳定性,为临床合理用药提供参考.方法:将注射用烟酰胺分别与葡萄糖氯化钠注射液、5%葡萄糖注射液、10%葡萄糖注射液、0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍,在不同时间点取样测定配伍液pH值、观察其外观,并检测烟酰胺含量,评估其稳定性.结果:24 h内配伍液均澄清透明,无沉淀及变色.配伍液pH值均无显著变化,24 h内含量变化较为稳定.结论:注射用烟酰胺与葡萄糖氯化钠注射液、5%葡萄糖注射液、0.9%氯化钠注射液、10%葡萄糖注射液 4 种溶媒配伍后 24h内配伍液的pH、外观、相对百分含量均无显著变化,稳定性高,可作为溶媒使用.

Abstract

Objective To explore the compatibility of nicotinamide injection with four commonly used solvents and their sta-bility,to provide a reference for rational clinical medication.Methods Nicotinamide injection was combined separately with glucose and sodium chloride injection,5%dextrose injection,10%dextrose injection,and 0.9%sodium chloride injection.Samples were taken at various time points to measure their pH,appearance,and nicotinamide content for assessing the sta-bility.Results Within 24 hours,all combined solutions remained clear and transparent,without precipitation or discolora-tion observed,and there were no changes in their pH and nicotinamide content.Conclusion No significant changes were found in the pH,appearance,or relative percentage content of the four combined solutions over 24 hours,demonstrating high stability,which can be used as solvent.
