高职院校的高质量发展离不开行政教辅人员,其为教学与科研、学校与学生提供了学习和生活的保障,发挥着不可替代的作用。构建高职院校行政教辅人员师德师风建设长效机制有助于引导其树立正确的教育观、事业观、人才观,坚定理想信念,厚植爱国情怀,涵养崇高师德。当前,高职院校行政教辅人员师德师风建设存在部分行政教辅人员思想素质有待提高、师德师风建设和育人功能脱节、师德师风典范引领作用不突出等问题,应该通过强化理论学习、素质提升、榜样示范、制度约束等构建高职院校行政教辅人员师德师风建设长效机制。
The Construction of a Long Term Mechanism for the Construction of Teacher Ethics and Professional Conduct among Administrative Teaching Assistants in Vocational Colleges:Significance,Problems and Paths
The high-quality development of vocational colleges cannot be achieved without administrative teaching staff,who provide a guarantee for teaching and research,as well as for the learning and life of schools and students,playing an irreplaceable role.Building a long-term mechanism for the construction of professional ethics and conduct among administrative teaching assistants in vocational colleges can help guide them to establish correct educational,career,and talent perspectives,strengthen their ideals and beliefs,cultivate patriotism,and cultivate noble professional ethics.At present,there are problems in the construction of professional ethics and conduct among administrative teaching assistants in higher vocational colleges,such as the need to improve their ideological quality,the disconnection between the construction of professional ethics and conduct and the function of education,and the lack of prominent guidance from exemplary models of professional ethics and conduct.Therefore,a long-term mechanism for the construction of professional ethics and conduct among administrative teaching assistants in higher vocational colleges should be established through strengthening theoretical learning,quality improvement,exemplary demonstration,and institutional constraints.
