Research on the Ways to Improve the Legal Risk Prevention Ability of College Students'Innovation and Entrepreneurship
Rule of law literacy is an important part of entrepreneurial quality.At present,the college students have weak ability to cope with legal risks,and high demand for legal assistance,and face a wide range of risks in the process of entrepreneurship.Marginalization of legal risk education in the colleges and universities,and one-sided policy of supporting legal services by the government are the fundamental reasons for the lack of legal risk prevention ability of college students.In view of this,the government,universities and society should effectively link and cooperate with each other,starting from three paths,which are the government leads and perfects the legal assistance policy mechanism,the schools fill the shortcomings of entrepreneurial legal education,and the society forms the joint efforts of multi-subjects.By strengthening the education of entrepreneurial legal risk prevention,establishing the training class,providing fixed-point assistance and consultation,and conducting dynamic evaluation and detection of entrepreneurial legal risk,the ability of college students to prevent legal risk of innovation and entrepreneurship then can be further enhanced and a virtuous circle of entrepreneurial support ecology can be built.
