基层党组织在乡村振兴进程中扮演着乡镇社会治理领导者、乡镇利益关系平衡者、乡镇各项工作落实者等多重角色,但由于人才和资金不足、基层党组织力量不集中、党员学习和管理方式单一等原因,乡镇基层党组织建设目前存在党建资源不足、组织联络不到位、党员教育管理不规范等现实问题,需采用创新乡镇基层党组织设置、健全体制机制、加强党员干部队伍思想建设等举措加强乡镇基层党组织建设.
Abstract
In the process of rural revitalization,grass-roots Party organizations play multiple roles as leaders of social governance in townships,balancers of interests in townships,and implementers of work in townships.However,due to insufficient talent and funding,lack of concentration of grassroots Party organizations,and single learning and management methods for party members,the construction of grassroots Party organizations in townships currently faces practical problems such as insufficient party building resources,inadequate organizational contacts,and non-standard management of Party member education.It is necessary to adopt innovative measures such as setting up grassroots Party organizations in townships,improving institutional mechanisms,and strengthening the ideological construction of Party members and cadres to strengthen the construction of grassroots Party organizations in townships.
