The Performance Characteristic Model of Vocational College Students'"Vocational Psychology"——An Exploratory Analysis Based on Grounded Theory
In this paper,154 Chinese literature are used as analysis data,and the characteristic model of"vocational psychology"is constructed by using the Grounded Theory.It is found that the performance of vocational psychology follows the pattern of cause → process → result.Due to the particularity of higher vocational education,"higher vocational psychology"is different from the general undergraduate psychology,which leads to the special psychological state of higher vocational students in the four situations of learning,employment,interpersonal and love.The research conclusion reveals the performance characteristics of"higher vocational psychology",deepens the research on the internal causes of"higher vocational psychology",and expands the understanding of the result characteristics of"higher vocational psychology".
