摘要
在深化现代职业教育体系建设改革背景下,职业本科院校引入本科生导师制有助于加强职业本科人才的全方位高质量培养.职业本科院校实施本科生导师制可提高学生的学术能力和综合素质,促进学生的个人发展和职业规划.在职业本科院校医学检验技术专业开展本科生导师制能进一步促进本科生导师制的发展,提高医学检验技术专业教育质量.
Abstract
In the context of deepening the reform of modern vocational education system construction,the introduction of undergraduate mentor system in vocational undergraduate colleges and universities helps to strengthen the all-round high-quality training of vocational undergraduate talents.The implementation of undergraduate mentorship system in vocational undergraduate colleges and universities can help improve students'academic abilities and comprehensive qualities,promote their personal development and career planning.Implementing undergraduate mentorship in medical laboratory technology majors in vocational undergraduate colleges and universities can further promote the development of undergraduate mentorship and improve the quality of medical laboratory technology education.
