数字化背景下高职院校党建工作质量提升策略

摘要
开展高质量的党建工作,既是坚持党对高职院校全面领导的基本要求,也是新时代加强和改进高职院校党建工作面临的迫切任务.数字时代对高职院校党的建设内容、方式和途径等产生了重大影响.高职院校应积极应对数字化挑战,切实抓住数字化给党建工作带来的机遇,充分利用数字化、网络化、智能化等技术手段为党建工作赋能,通过开发党建云平台、打造党建数字化应用场景、提高党员队伍数字化素养等措施,全面提升党建工作质量.
Abstract
Carrying out high-quality Party building work is not only a basic requirement for adhering to the Party's comprehensive leadership over higher vocational colleges,but also an urgent task for strengthening and improving Party building work in higher vocational colleges in the new era.The digital era has had a significant impact on the content,methods,and approaches of Party building in higher vocational colleges.Higher vocational colleges should actively respond to digital challenges,effectively seize the opportunities brought by digitalization to Party building work,fully utilize digital,networked,intelligent and other technological means to empower Party building work,and comprehensively improve the quality of Party building work by developing Party building cloud platforms,creating digital application scenarios for Party building,and improving the digital literacy of Party members.
