高校学生文化自信、责任心与职业价值观关系的实证研究

摘要
本研究采用文化自信问卷等 3 个量表测量 1311 名高校学生的文化自信、责任心水平与职业价值观,分析高校学生文化自信对职业价值观的影响以及责任心在关系中的中介作用.结果显示,高校学生文化自信分维度与责任心水平在不同父母职业与母亲受教育水平上不存在显著差异,母亲职业不同的高校学生对职业价值观中的发展因素的关注程度不存在显著差异,文化自信、责任心与职业价值观在其他人口学变量上均存在显著差异;文化自豪与文化赞扬与高校学生的责任心及其对职业的保健因素与发展因素的关注程度呈中等水平正相关,与其对职业的声望及地位因素的关注程度呈低水平正相关;责任心水平中介了文化自信与职业价值观的关系,文化自信水平较高的高校学生有着更高的责任心水平,对工作的声望及地位因素、保健因素及发展因素有更高水平的要求.
Abstract
This study used three scales,including the Cultural Confidence Questionnaire,to measure the cultural confidence,sense of responsibility,and professional values of 1311 college students.The study analyzed the impact of cultural confidence on professional values among college students and the mediating role of sense of responsibility in relationships.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the dimensions of cultural confidence and sense of responsibility among college students in different parental professions and maternal education levels.There was also no significant difference in the level of attention paid by college students with different maternal professions to the development factors in professional values.There were significant differences in cultural confidence,sense of responsibility,and professional values among other demographic variables.Cultural pride and praise are positively correlated at a moderate level with the sense of responsibility of college students and their attention to occupational health and development factors,while their attention to occupational reputation and status factors is positively correlated at a low level.The level of sense of responsibility mediates the relationship between cultural confidence and professional values.College students with higher levels of cultural confidence have a higher level of sense of responsibility,and have higher requirements for work reputation and status factors,health factors,and development factors.
