摘要
文明乡风、良好家风、淳朴民风是乡村振兴的重要推力.全面乡村振兴背景下乡风文明建设具有对标解决相对贫困问题、提升乡村内在吸引力、发挥在相对贫困治理场域推进乡村全面振兴的现实价值.乡风文明建设对于助推乡村全面振兴举足轻重且大有可为,但由于内部和外部的偏差与阻力阻碍乡风文明建设,需要通过多形式教育塑乡风文明建设内在动力、基层组织力增乡风文明建设发展效能、乡土文化认同铸乡风文明建设根基、市场内生力激乡风文明建设活力,发挥文明乡风的时代价值,助力乡村全面振兴.
Abstract
Civilized rural customs,good family customs,and simple folk customs have become an important driving force for rural revitalization.The construction of rural civilization under the background of comprehensive rural revitalization practical value in addressing relative poverty,enhancing the intrinsic attractiveness of the countryside,and promoting the comprehensive rural revitalization in the governance of relative poverty.The construction of rural civilization is crucial and has great potential in promoting the comprehensive rural revitalization.However,various internal and external deviations and resistances largely hinder the construction of rural civilization.It is necessary to shape the internal driving force of the construction of rural civilization through multi-form education,increase the development efficiency through grassroots organizations,create the foundation with local cultural identity,stimulate the vitality by the endogenous force of the market.So,the value of rural civilization in the era can be amplified and the comprehensive rural revitalization can be promoted.
