地方高校服务乡村振兴发展的路径探索:基于SWOT-PEST分析模型

摘要
本研究将乡村振兴发展类比为销售型企业,建立乡村振兴发展SWOT-PEST分析模型,从政策、经济、社会、技术四个维度分析乡村振兴产业发展存在的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战.高校应打造全产业价值链,优化乡村建设规划,提高农村人居环境,建立高校乡村振兴发展管理委员会,制定新型人才培养机制,成立产业学院,服务乡村振兴发展.
Abstract
The paper takes the development of rural revitalization as a sales enterprise to build the model of SWOT-PEST analysis from policy,economy,society and technology four dimensions analyzing the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges in industrial development of rural revitalization.It is suggested that the colleges and universities should build the whole industry value chain,optimize the rural construction plan,improve the rural living environment,establish a management committee for rural revitalization and development in higher education institutions,develop a new talent training mechanism,establish industrial colleges,and serve rural revitalization.
