Investigation on Present Situation and Training Countermeasures of Maternal and Child Health Care Talents in Yueyang City
In order to understand the current situation of supply and demand of maternal and child health care talents in Yueyang City,the research team adopted sampling survey,interview survey and other research methods to collect front-line data of maternal and child health care talents from functional management departments,medical institutions,maternal and child care centers,and educational institutions.Through literature research,questionnaire survey and other research methods,the research data were analyzed to find out the current situation of maternal and child health care personnel training,and problems and shortcomings in the process of talent training,so that the solving strategies and reasonable suggestions have been put forward for the training of maternal and child health care professionals in local higher vocational colleges.It is expected to provide effective talent and intellectual support for the growth of women and children,and better serve the national strategy of healthy China.
