The combination of advantageous intellectual resources in universities with local human and production resources is an effective way to promote the strategy of rural revitalization.Through the leadership of government departments,based on vocational colleges with unique advantages as the core connecting multiple villages with similar agricultural features within the region,the"1+N"model of talent cultivation for agricultural vocational colleges to serve rural revitalization is constructed.The model combines the technological advantages,information advantages,and knowledge advantages of agricultural vocational colleges,radiates to rural areas,and continuously explores and enhances the advantages of agricultural resources,unique agricultural product resources,and agricultural human resources.It is required to strengthen ideological and political education,attach importance to skill classification cultivation,optimize resources,jointly build a talent resource pool between schools and enterprises,and establish a"thinking linkage"guarantee mechanism.A linkage between the structural system and the content system is formed to achieve an interactive pattern of joint construction,sharing,and co creation between vocational colleges and rural areas.
