A Study on the Relationship between Psychological Capital and Academic Achievement of Vocational College Students from the Perspective of Positive Psychology
In order to explore the mechanism of the influence of psychological capital,campus atmosphere and self-control on academic achievement of vocational college students and improve their academic and professional achievement,this paper adopts questionnaire survey and correlation analysis and regression analysis to study the relationship between psychological capital,campus atmosphere,self-control and academic achievement.The results show that psychological capital and campus atmosphere significantly affect academic achievement,parents'educational level and grade significantly affect academic achievement,self-control plays a partial mediating role between psychological capital and academic achievement,and campus atmosphere can regulate the relationship between self-control and academic achievement.Countermeasures and suggestions:Strengthen the psychological capital construction of vocational college students,improve their self-confidence,resilience and optimism through mental health education and psychological counseling;Create a positive campus atmosphere and strengthen the construction of campus culture;Cultivate the self-control ability of higher vocational students;For different family backgrounds,different grades of vocational students,to provide personalized support,the use of differentiated teaching strategies to meet the learning needs of different vocational students and development goals.
