摘要
高校安保人员作为维护校园安全稳定的重要力量,其素质水平直接关系到学校的安全管理工作效能.安保人员的工作职能包括执勤站岗、排查隐患、应急处突、特护安保、咨询指导和沟通交流等.当前高校安保人员存在专业知识缺乏、服务意识不强、沟通能力不足等问题,应该从思想政治教育、技能培训、管理机制、考核评价制度和心理健康等途径以着力提升其素质能力.
Abstract
As an important force in maintaining campus security and stability,the quality level of university security personnel directly affects the safety management work effectiveness of the school.The job functions of security personnel include standing guard,identifying hidden dangers,emergency response,special protection and security,consultation and guidance,and communication and exchange.The current quality and ability of security personnel in universities.and colleges face problems such as lack of professional knowledge,weak service awareness,and insufficient communication skills.Efforts should be made to improve and enhance them through ideological and political education,skill training,management mechanisms,assessment and evaluation systems,and mental health.
