The electronic circuit industry generates wastewater during production,and the wastewater requires treatment.In the process of wastewater treatment,it is necessary to use a large amount of alkaline agents to regulate the acidity and alkalinity(pH).In order to reduce the cost of alkali chemicals,complex alkali(calcium-containing alkali)is widely used in the industry instead of liquid alkali for wastewater treatment.In this paper,the effects of alkali containing calcium applied to wastewater treatment on the operating cost of wastewater system,wastewater treatment effect,wastewater sludge production and equipment scaling are studied.The analysis shows that the use of complex alkali to treat the wastewater is helpful to save the cost and stabilize the wastewater treatment effect,but it should be used reasonably in combination with the actual use of on-site equipment.
