This paper introduces the working principle of evaporator for wastewater containing nickel,and based on the comprehensive analysis of evaporator and wastewater containing nickel,the main causes of evaporator scaling and its scaling mechanism are obtained.On this basis,through a series of experimental studies,a set of stable and reliable scaling solution for evaporator of nickel-containing wastewater is determined.This method can be uesd in the circuit board industry to solve the technical problems in nickel containing wastewater treatment.
