The acidic etching liquid chlorine-free electrolysis equipment and etching machine cycle and work synchronously.Compared with traditional diaphragm electrolysis process,it has advantages such as small equipment investment,small working space,low operating cost,and no toxic gas chlorine generated during the electrolysis process.However,due to the complex process conditions,the large-scale application of this process is limited.In actual production,the working conditions of etching production lines vary among different manufacturers,so the process conditions of electrolysis equipment cannot be fixed but need to be adjusted accordingly.The oxidation reduction potential(ORP)value of the regeneration solution,the circulating flow rate of the electrolysis equipment and etching machine,and the current of the electrolysis equipment are three key factors that affect process stability and electrolysis efficiency.This article will elaborate on the role and internal logical relationship of these three process parameters based on experimental data and the debugging results of the electrolysis equipment in the copper extraction workshop.
