This paper summarizes some important technical issues in the electronic circuit industry in 2023.Those issues include artificial intelligence applications,thermal management,design and manufacturing collaboration in design technology,ultra-high density interconnector and carrier board technology in product manufacturing,changes in detection and reliability,and sustainable green production development.This provides inspiration for the development of industry technology.
