摘要

光模块是光纤通信中的重要组成部分,其中光模块印制电路板(PCB)表面有高速传输信号线,高可靠性和低信号损耗是5G光模块产品的新要求,控制好阻抗和信号损耗等是做好光模块产品的关键.选取一款14层1.6T高速光模块PCB产品,研究此类产品如何从设计、工艺、品质方面进行管控作业,以期为业界技术工作者提供参考.

Abstract

Optical modules is an important part of optical fiber communication.The surface of the printed board of optical modules has high-speed transmission signal lines,and high reliability and low signal loss are the new requirements of 5G optical module products.Controlling impedance and signal loss is the key to do a good job in optical module products.Taking the 14-layer 1.6T high-speed optical module printed board products as an example,control operations are analyzed in terms of design,process,and peoduct quality,so as to provide relevant reference for technical workers in the industry.
