随着新能源汽车行业的发展,低成本、高可靠性的电池模块成为所有人的追求.从新能源汽车电池模块的印制电路板(PCB)出发,以线路温升为切入点,结合PCB线路载流、散热、材料特性等维度,通过理论计算、仿真以及实测,分析了不同条件下PCB线路保险丝的设计方案,并探究了现有保险丝封装方案的可行性,研究开发了一套切实可行的PCB线路保险丝方案.相关研究成果不仅可以大幅度提升电池模块的可靠性及可维护性,也可以降低整个模块的成本.
With the development of the new energy vehicle industry,low-cost and high-reliability battery modules have become the pursuit of everyone.This article starts from the printed circuit board(PCB)of new energy vehicle battery modules,takes the temperature rise of the circuit as the starting point,and combines dimensions such as PCB circuit current carrying capacity,heat dissipation,and material characteristics.Through theoretical calculation,simulation,and actual measurement,the design scheme of PCB circuit fuses under different conditions is analyzed,the feasibility of existing fuse packaging schemes is explored,and a practical and feasible PCB circuit fuse scheme is developed.The relevant research results can not only significantly improve the reliability and maintainability of battery modules,but also reduce the cost of the entire module.
