In order to ensure the long-term reliability of printed circuit board assembly(PCBA),some PCBAs use conformal coating.The key index affecting conformal coating is the surface tension of printed circuit board(PCB)solder mask.This paper uses a variety of different test methods to study the influence of different test conditions on the solder mask surface tension.Finally,the surface tension is improved to meet the customer's conformal coating requirements.
