摘要
以碳氢树脂与聚苯醚树脂为材料,比较液晶聚合物(LCP)纤维布与一般玻璃纤维布的特性.实验结果表明,碳氢树脂配方搭配LCP纤维布可得到介电常数Dk=2.697,介电损耗Df=0.002 77的覆铜板(CCL),其电性能数据接近聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)产品.
Abstract
This article compares the characteristics of liquid crystal polymer(LCP)fiber cloth and general glass fiber cloth by using hydrocarbon resin and polyphenylene ether resin systems.The experimental results show that the combination of hydrocarbon resin formula and LCP fiber cloth can obtain the copper cald laminate(CCL)with a dielectric constant Dk=2.697 and a dielectric loss Df=0.002 77,which has electrical properties similar to those of teflon products.
