锥形钻头在盲孔成型中的应用研究

摘要
针对高速高频电路板上的梯形盲孔加工,通过对盲孔成型方法的分析,对结构的设计进行试验验证并开展小批量测试,开发了一款锥形钻头.以盲孔形状和孔壁质量为评判准则.结果表明,开发的锥形钻头在多次研磨后依然能保持优良的孔型和高孔壁质量,无断针.
Abstract
For the blind hole processing on high speed and high frequency boards,a conical drill bit is developed through the analysis of the blind hole forming method,the design of the drill bit structure,the experimental verification,and the small batch test.Taking the blind hole shape and hole wall quality as the evaluation criteria,the results show that the conical drill bit developed can still produce excellent hole shape and high hole wall quality after repeated grinding,and there is no broken needle.
