摘要
保险丝是新能源电池挠性电路板(FPCB)的重要组成部分.当电池在运行过程中出现过热、过流至额定值时,保险丝熔断,以保护电池系统或汽车等设备安全.讨论了新能源电池柔性电路板保险丝的设计,分析了电池FPCB保险丝的设计种类、线宽及维护窗口.
Abstract
The fuse is an important part of the new energy battery flexible printed circuit board(FPCB).When overheat or overcurrent of the new energy battery reaches the limit value during operation,the fuse is blown to protect the safety of the battery system or automobile and other equipment.This paper discusses the design of fuses for flexible circuit boards of new energy batteries,analyzes the design types,line width design and maintenance windows of FPCB fuses of new energy batteries.
